Panel Systems, formed in 1974, has over thirty years experience of supplying insulated panel products into a diverse range of markets including building, caravan, education and leisure. Our capability extends across a wide range of panel product skills including:-
- Structural Bonding with foam plastics and honeycombs
- Metal Fabrication of steel & aluminium
- Foam Plastic Fabrication including Styrofoam & rigid plastics
- General Machining of sheet materials
For the building industry, we manufacture insulated panels for use in curtain walling, architectural panel, composite panels, spandrel and infill panel areas. Our project list extends back over thirty years. If your requirement is for cladding, including rain screen, we fabricate many of the leading brands e.g. Eternit, Rockwool and Alucobond.
We are one of the largest fabricators of hot-wire cut Styrofoam in Europe. Two large CNC’s provide a comprehensive hotwire styrofoam cutting service for many industries including Caravans, PVC doors and Truck panels. We distribute the full range of Styrofoam products including Floormate, Roofmate and RTM throughout the UK.
For the education and leisure market, we manufacture the innovative Revostage system and work closely with other suppliers in the manufacture of dry-wipe panels.
In markets that require decorative finishes such as leisure, furniture and children’s play equipment, we are leading fabricator of materials such as Compact grade laminate and Co-extruded polyethylene sheet.
